This page is for homeowners and anyone else whose information may appear in a Big House Leads lead. We keep it simple.
What we collect and why
Public-record property and ownership information, such as an owner's name, the property address, and published listing activity, plus contact details found through lawful public sources. We use it for one thing: to pass a lead to a single licensed real estate agent who may reach out about selling a home. We do not sell your information to anyone else.
Your choices
- Delete and suppress me. We add you to our suppression list right away, withhold any record not yet delivered, remove matching records, and ask any agent who already received your information to remove it from their own contact lists.
- Tell me what you hold. We verify the request is yours, then send you a summary within 45 days.
We ask only for what is needed to find your record. Please do not send a Social Security number, date of birth or ID.
